Please read the following End-User License Agreement for Trial Software before installing this Trial Software. By installing the given Trial Software you agree to be bound by terms of this License Agreement for Trial Software.
Attention! Please be aware that a hard copy of the End-User License Agreement (EULA), accompanying a TopSoft product (e.g. in the User's Guide), will always override the License Agreement for the Trial Software (LATS).

The End-User License Agreement for Trial Software
The End-User License Agreement for Trial Software (LATS) is the legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and TopSoft Pty Ltd.
This Trial Software ("Trial Software") distributed by TopSoft is a set of programs, databases and documentation, protected by copyright laws. For the purposes of this text, "documentation" means printed material and text files, carrying the description of the SOFTWARE components, which are integral part of the SOFTWARE.
1. Subject of LATS
1.1 The subject of the given LATS is the non-exclusive license on the Trial Software use that TopSoft transfers to the End-User.
1.2 All items listed below refer both to the Trial Software as a whole and to its components in particular.
2. Copyright
2.1 Exclusive copyright to the given Trial Software is owned by ABBYY.
2.2 Being the End-User, receive a license to use the Trial Software if you accept the following terms and conditions.
3. Terms of Trial Software use
3.1 You may use the Trial Software on an unlimited number of computers for trial purposes only. You may not use Trial Software to accomplish your employee duties.
3.2 You may freely redistribute and copy the Trial Software.
3.3 You have limitations on the following activities:
3.3.1 You may not use the Trial Software to accomplish your employee duties, the duties of your colleagues or of third parties.
3.3.2 You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble programs, databases and other Trial Software components;
3.3.3 You may not make any changes in the object code of the program or of databases except those specially provided by the Trial Software and described in the documentation;
4. Termination
This LATS for the Trial Software comes into effect after the Trial Software is installed on the computer and remains in force during the time you use the Trial Software.
5. Warranty
The Trial Software is delivered "as is". TopSoft does not warrant that the Trial Software carries no errors, nor does it take on any liability for consequential damages, either direct or indirect, including damages caused by possible errors or misprints in the Trial Software package.
