New features in ABBYY FlexiCapture Studio 1.5
Built upon the powerful functionality of previous version, FlexiCapture Studio 1.5 includes the following technology and user interface enhancements that help developers to create FlexiLayouts quickly and reliably:
- "Tables" support
New "Table" element provides possibility of easy extracting data from line items details of semi-structured documents: invoices, shipping orders and so on. Headers of table elements are automatically applied with texture filtering thus increasing the quality of data extraction.
- Opening images in PDF format
Images in popular PDF format can be added to FlexiCapture Studio environment.
- Multiple language selection
This new feature enables the pre-selection of mixed-language combinations, for example English-German, during pre-recognition process and allows user to create FlexiLayouts for multi-language documents.
- New types of elements
"Phone" and "Currency" new types of elements simplify extraction corresponded data.
- Enhanced samples and documentation
The Help file is added with comprehensive samples and detailed descriptions that help in leaning the program.
