Multi-paged fixed forms, semi-structured documents or combination of them can be processed in one batch without preliminary sorting. Documents are identified automatically according to the predefined templates.

For a relatively small number of forms you can use one computer and one copy of ABBYY FormReader Desktop Edition to accomplish the task. For large quantity of forms and high processing speed you can use ABBYY FormReader Desktop Edition on several LAN workstations or perform distributed  data capturing by using ABBYY FormReader Enterprise Edition, which is specifically designed for bulk  input of documents. Recognition process can run unattended, so documents may be processed continuously day and night. You can use as many recognition stations as you need to provide necessary throughput.
